Description:Peebles and Allie were both owner surrenders because they didnt get along with the family's chickens, of all animals! So, we are going to place both gals in a non-chicken household. We are thinking that won't be too difficult to do ;)
Peebles is the bigger of the two girls, about 20-25 pounds, and just under a year old. She's still a pup! She has a great spirit about her and will make a wonderful family pet. Peebles can be a bit shy when she first meets someone new, but warms up quickly and covers them with kisses:)
Peebles is up to date on rabies, vaccinations, is heartworm negative, is on heartworm preventative, has been wormed, flea treated, and has had a good bath. She does still need to be spayed, and her appointment is being set shortly, so we are not listing her as adoptable just yet because of that. All of our dogs in our rescue are spayed and neutered prior to being adopted which is why she is not available just yet. But if you are patient, she'll be ready soon, and she will certainly be at our next adoption event with her sister, Allie, if you'd like to meet her!
In addition to ALL of the vetting listed above, we will quarantine Peebles so she won't come to you with kennel cough or any other yucky illness, she'll have a free first vet visit, free 30 day pet health insurance, she'll have a microchip, a dog goodie bag full of things, and her vetting folder filled with things. She'll be bathed and groomed and have a nail clipping! All set to walk into the local pet store for some new toys and make some new dog friends! :)
